Salt Kayaks Pump

Tools required:

– Knife for cutting clear tubing

– 12 mm drill bit for outlets

– 29 mm Hole Saw for rubber pumps.

– fine grit sandpaper

Instructions:

1. Hold rubbers in preferred position on push plate and neatly outline hole positions for drilling.

2. Drill 4 x holes with 29 mm Hole Saw.

3. Gently sand holes to remove sharp edges.

4. Insert rubbers and fit valves to your liking.

5. See diagram for recommended layout.

6. Drill 1 or 2 12 mm holes for outlets.

7. Connect all pipes and valves securely.

8. Fill boat with 5 litres of water to prime pumps and test suction.
